Tax Preparation Services
We prepare individual, partnership, C-corporation, S-corporation, estate, non-profit, trust and gift tax returns on both a federal and state level.
Payroll
We offer quarterly and annual payroll tax preparation services for state and federal filing. This includes the following forms: 941, 940, RT-6, W-2/W-3 and 1099's. We are not a payroll leasing service, but we can prepare the necessary paperwork for you. Alternatively, we can instruct you in the payroll process yourself.
Bookkeeping
We offer a variety of bookkeeping services to help with your business accounting. Keeping accurate records is essential to being an informed business owner. Mr. Tax Systems uses QuickBooks accounting software. QuickBooks is a well trusted and reputable accounting program.
Do-It-Yourself Option: With our QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Mary Franco, we can teach you how to get the most out of your QuickBooks accounting software. She is also available on a consultant basis to help fix any issues that arise while you use QuickBooks.

We-Do-It-All Option: If bookkeeping is too overwhelming for you, we can certainly take care of your bookkeeping on a periodic basis that meets your needs. Ask us for a quote!
Tax Audit

We stand behind our work and we are available to assist you in the event that the IRS contacts you. Though we are always hopeful that no one is contacted by the IRS, we are willing to help with the matter and at NO charge to you. In the event that your tax return is selected for a tax audit, please contact our office to begin helping you prepare. We will also accompany you to the local Panama City IRS office.
Consulting
If you ever have any questions regarding your income taxes throughout the year, we encourage you to call or schedule an appointment . There is no additional charge for this service. We want you to be well informed with any decisions that have tax consequences before making them. As our client, we feel that is our obligation to you.
